We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate those changes as best we can. Here is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour will be fully refunded.
  • If the tour is cancelled due to poor weather, we will reschedule you to another date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be given.
  • No-shows will be fully charged, and no refund will be given.
